Yes, This Is Truly A Disaster

I switched to NBA TV to watch CNN's John King demonstrate the Magic Wall to Ahmad Rashad and came in just in time for him to show the technology.

Yes, it has been a disaster. Ahmad won't let John talk. He did show a few features that allows Ahmad go from game to game, but Ahmad just won't shut up.

On Monday when I posted the NBA TV press release touting John's appearance, I said it had disaster written all over it. John was great as always. Ahmad is just a bad host.

And the NBA TV studio show with Ahmad, Gary Payton and Chris Webber which is now produced by Turner Sports comes nowhere near the magic of TNT's Inside the NBA with Ernie Johnson, Jr., Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley. To be honest, this is bad television.

Bring in Beau Estes and Heather Catlin, please.
