BREAKING NEWS: Fang's Bites Is Part of the Fantasy Sports Ventures Network

I told you last week that I had an announcement to make and I can do it now. Fang’s Bites is now part of the Fantasy Sports Ventures network. Fantasy Sports Ventures is one of the largest bloggers networks and has many independent blogs under its umbrella including The Big Lead, Midwest Sports Fans, Baseball Prospectus, The Lions In Winter and so many more.

FSV is not buying Fang’s Bites and it will remain independent. I’m joining a network that will introduce my content to new readers and also provide the site with advertising. Don’t worry, the site won’t be inundated with ads, I’ll have some control over the amount you’ll see.

I have been looking to join a network such as FSV and I was very happy to be approached last week.

The content will not change nor will the independence of the blog. I know that many of my long time readers and the newer ones appreciate the way Fang’s Bites is run and it will continue to operate independently for as long as possible.

The fact that this blog receives over 1,500 daily unique hits and has over 1.3 million visits since its inception in May 2007 shows that you like what you read. I thank you for your loyal readership and hope you continue to log on.

And I’m always happy to get comments either through Twitter, Facebook, e-mail and the site. Feel free to send compliments, criticisms and suggestions as you have since May 2, 2007.
